kyler and lisa landerkin - prevail empire and reflex supplements

I'd like to introduce Lisa & Kyler Landerkin, owners of Prevail Empire and Reflex Cranbrook.

How has the current Covid situation affected your business or daily operations?

For Reflex Supplements, it did not effect us in a negative way as we sell health and wellness products. I (Lisa) have an in home hair salon, so I haven't been able to see my clients in a very long time! Although, our online sales for Prevail Apparel have increased since in store clothes shopping have been closed down as well, so our free time from not being able to run the salon has been filled with packaging and sending products and making new orders. We have also had a lot of time to work on launching our own supplement line that will be released in September instead of December.

What positive or uplifting things are you seeing happening right now?

We noticed that people are paying a lot more attention to their health and diets that we talk to in our store. We love taking the time to coach them on their choices.

How are you finding joy or creating happiness during this time?

Being able to spend more time with each other has been great, along with seeing Kylers amazing outdoor skills. He and Paul built a Disneyland jungle gym for our goats, and Kyler has done a lot of landscaping and work on our property.
