From Rob - I’m the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for Kimberley Alpine Resort, and as such we don’t have any venues open at this time. I’m not great with not having a lot to do, so I came up with this project as a means of helping people through a tough time by using my experience as a Chef with guiding them through useful ingredient substitutes for their recipes, as the supply chain was in turmoil at the time. I honestly thought it would be a group of a couple hundred friends and customers who’d have joined up....the fact that we’re a global community of over 45,000 still boggles my mind!
