I was surfing with some friends at Wickaninnish Beach near Tofino BC back in 2007, when the sun started to set. As soon as I realized that the sunset was going to light up the way it did, I got to shore and sprinted to my truck to get my camera in time to capture a few frames before the incredible colours began to rapidly fade away.
